A mid-Victorian period 12k yellow gold Persian turquoise row ring fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1871. This size 4-3/4 ring has a WPS maker's mark, it measures 11/16" along the stones and 1/4" wide, and it has hand-engraved shoulders. It has an open back typical of the era, and some of the turquoise show green colour variances - this tends to happen with turquoise over time, by exposure to environment and skin oils, as it is a somewhat porous gemstone. This item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. The ring was possibly re-sized at some point - there is a trace of that inside the ring - it was done where it would not affect the hallmarks. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.

A superb signed Kristina 18k white gold, blue topaz and diamond ring. This size 6-1/2 ring features a large quilted rectangular cushion cut bezel-set blue topaz along with a bezel-set round brilliant cut diamond. The intense blue facetted topaz measures approximately 7.6 carats (by gauge calculation) and the diamond is approximately 7 points (by gauge calculation). The ring measures 3/4" x 5/8" and it weighs a solid 12.5 grams. An early and opulent pair of 14k gold and cultured pearl pierced earrings by Ming's of Hawaii. These 1-1/8 x 3/4" earrings were purchased in Hawaii, and Ming's was a top-notch retailer of finely crafted and expensive jewellery. The pearls have wonderful creamy pink lustre and they average 4 mm. each. The stone is a pale green jade teardrop (a cool pale green, unlike in our pictures). They are stamped 14K with the Ming's maker's mark on the butterflies, and this classy pair is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All

An attractive vintage Birks 14k white gold ruby and diamonds flower style ring c1940s. This size 5-1/2 ring features a round 1/2 carat (50 point) ruby (medium dark, purplish-red, moderately included, slightly chipped) surrounded by twelve brilliant cut diamonds (26 points total, VS, F-G-H colour) in a flower setting. The leaves have a fine beaded edge. This ring measures 9/16" across the setting, it weighs 3.1 grams and it is stamped BIRKS 14K. It has a recent conservative independent gemological appraisal for $1700 (Canadian). An elegant 4 piece sterling silver set in the Starfish pattern, part of the Birks ESTY designer line. This set consists of the pierced earrings, bracelet and pendant necklace (on chain). The pierced earrings and pendant are 5/8" across, the pendant with 18-1/4" chain with lobster clasp and the 8-1/8" bracelet with hinged clasp have similar starfish. The casting is finely detailed. This set is an earlier ESTY design with BIRKS ESTY and the ESTY maker's mark and 925 on the chain and bracelet - the earrings are stamped Birks 925 with an additional mark which is seen on ESTY pieces. The bracelet has an ingenious closeure of a starfish leg clicking into another link, so it looks like a condinuous line. This suite includes the Birks brown leatherette 9" x 2-1/4" box and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All

A top quality signed designer sterling silver four piece parure by ESTY, made for Birks Canada. In the Acquatika pattern, this sterling silver set consists of the ring, pierced earrings, cuff bracelet and the pendant necklace. The ring is size 6-1/2 and it is 1/2" wide, the earrings are 1" across the interior and 7/16" wide, the bracelet is 2-3/8" x 2" across the interior and 1-1/16" wide.
