A high quality, bright and colourful Belgian design woven tapestry cotton and silk table runner c1900-10. This beautiful 52" x 26" table runner features flowers and phoenix birds, and the colours include blue, red, gold, lilac and silver. The verso design itself is also quite attractive, with black, lilac and green. This item is in excellent original condition with no losses, damage or repairs other than some minor fraying to a few areas of the black stitched edging and a small stain on the reverse not affecting the front; the colours are bright and unfaded. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted.
