A Japanese ceramic kitchen kitsch cat head polka dot candy jar c1950s. This handpainted 6" diameter covered dish features a finely detailed cat heat finial; it has the foil tag AN INTERNATIONAL EXCLUSIVE TORONTO CANADA, the ESD Japan mark and the MR21249 pattern number. This item is in very good original condition with no cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs other than a shallow 1/8" flake at the rim of the bowl. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. starts at $12 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card. A cool, decorative screened op-art glass ice water pitcher c1950s. This unsigned 10-1/4" tall pitcher has a celery handle, formed ice dam and a red and yellow lines screened design. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs.
