The locket is unusual in that it is white gold on one side and yellow gold on the other. Each side is divided with both glossy and matte finish areas and engraved stars. It opens to reveal a place for photos and it has one retaining bezel. The 19-1/4" fine rope style white gold chain has a springring clasp and it is stamped STOR 14K while the locket pendant is stamped PPC 10K inside the bale. The chain has an added 2-1/2" extender with two loops and it weighs 1.0 grams; the locket weighs 2.8 grams.
