A fine quality vintage 1930s strand of graduated individually-knotted cultured pearls with a 9k gold clasp with a sapphire. The 66 pearls range from 3.8mm-8.4 mm.; they are well-matched and have nice deep light creamy lustre with only a very few slight surface blemishes. The filigree 9k yellow gold clasp has a central genuine sapphire and it is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1936 (maker N.V.W), and this 16" strand is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the replacement of the clasp's insertable loop. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. An excellent quality vintage 17-3/4" strand of graduated cultured pearls c1930s. This necklace consists of 82 cultured pearls ranging in size from 3.5 mm to 7.5 mm; the pearls are excellent quality - well matched and they have an excellent white lustre and smooth finish with thick nacre. This strand has a 10K white gold clasp, and this lovely necklace is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A classy strand of graduated cultured pearls with a sterling clasp c1930s. Consisting of 103 pearls ranging in size from 3mm to 7mm, this 17-3/8" necklace is unknotted; having it knotted should extend the length by 1" to 1-1/2". The pearls have a medium creamy-white lustre, and this strand is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs; some of the pearls have some slight dulling and surface blemishes. A quality strand of vintage graduated cultured pearls with a 14K white gold clasp c1950s. This strand measures 15-1/2" long and consists of 68 well-matched 3.5mm -7mm graduated cultured pearls with an excellent creamy white lustre. Some of the pearls have a slightly uneven finish from their formation, but nothing that distracts from their attractive appearance. They have an excellent bright lustre, and are individually knotted. This necklace is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs, but there is a small scratch on one pearl.
