This necklace measures 26" long and the fringe pendant is 4-1/4" long; the beads range from 1/16" across to the 7/8 x 3/8" conical beads, which have bevelled edges. A fine quality vintage 1930s strand of graduated individually-knotted cultured pearls with a 9k gold clasp with a sapphire. The 66 pearls range from 3.8mm-8.4 mm.; they are well-matched and have nice light creamy lustre with only a very few slight surface blemishes. The filigree 9k yellow gold clasp has a central genuine sapphire and it is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1936 (maker N.V.W)Vintage cultured pearls have much thicker pearl lnacre than modern examples, and are a good wearable investment. This 16" strand is in excellent original condition with no nacre wear, cracks, discolouration, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the replacement of the clasp's gold insertable loop, which had broken some years past. A classic vintage strand of graduated cultured pearls with a sterling clasp c1950. Consisting of 103 pearls ranging in size from 3mm to 7mm, this 17-1/4" necklace is not knotted; having it knotted should extend the length by 1" to 1-1/2". The pearls have a nice cream-white colour and lustre, and the pearls are round, although some are not the perfect round shape of modern cultured pearls, and some pearls have naturally occuring blemishes. Two pearls have a fine partial crack line. It is strung on double cord, but this may be the original stringing, so it probably is a good idea for it to be re-strung before wearing. It is in excellent original condition otherwise, and is guaranteed to be actual cultured pearls, not glass or plastic costume pearls. A fine original Art Deco period glass beaded long flapper necklace c1920s. This impressive 40" necklace is 3/8" across the triple-strand segments, and it has a fringed 1-3/4" x 1-1/8" beaded drop. The beads are silvered clear beads, yellow spacers, with dark yellow and blue beads on the drop. The blue beads form the letter M, and there is one segment strand of blue beads and a couple of errant blue beads in the necklace itself. A nice Edwardian 18-1/4" opalescent graduated glass oval bead necklace c1900-10. This chain link necklace has a springring catch, and the beads have a satin finish and a misty powder blue colour with yellow fire. The beads measure from 3/8" to 7/8" inches long, and this necklace is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some original minor straw marks and minor surface abrasions from wear, and internal stress marks at the drilled center holes of some of the beads.
