A fine vintage mid-Victorian period 1-3/4" x 9/16" mourning pin consisting of a sculpted black onyx base with applied 14k star set with genuine seed pearls c1870-80. It is not stamped, but tests as 14k gold. A gold plated late Victorian period 16-1/8" watch chain with a 12K gold and agate fob c1890. It has a swivel and spring-ring, with a suspended t-bar on a 1-3/4" chain. It has a barrel shaped 1" x 7/16" genuine banded agate fob mounted with 12k yellow gold ends (unmarked but tested). This octagonal facetted stone fob is mounted on two 7/8" gold filled chains and is attached to the main chain by a 7/8" link drop. This item would make a great necklace and it is in excellent original condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a few barely visible nicks to the stone's edges and a bit of gold wear to the swivel. An unusual antique 14k yellow gold ring of a seed pearls and diamond sunburst or starburst ring c1900-10. The sunburst has 10 petals with genuine seed pearls and it has a central claw-set 8 point (measured by flat stone gauge) genuine antique European cut diamond; the shank is stamped 14K with a JIC maker's mark. I have never seen a pearl sunburst ring before in 32 years in antiques, but they most likely were made to go with the pearl lavalieres popular at the time. It is possible that this piece was produced slightly later date, but the ring shank is an appropriate one for the period, and the setting is properly mounted and appears original. This ring weighs 6.3 grams, and it is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses or damage other than some glue residue on a couple of reset pearls (an old repair, and is restorable). The pearls have some colour variation, which is not unusual. A vintage late Victorian 8-3/4" chain link bracelet with the original heart lock, all in 9k rose gold c1880-1900. This bracelet measures 5/16" wide and the heart lock measures 15/16" x 9/16". It retains the original safety chain, each link and the heart lock is stamped 9C; the lock and its loop has a CDB maker's mark and it is also stamped CDB on one link. A beautiful vintage Art Nouveau period 9K yellow gold lavaliere necklace c1900. This 9k yellow gold 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" pendant also has a pin back so it may be worn as a brooch, and it comes with a 10k yellow gold 19" fine rope chain with a spring-ring catch. It has bezel-set facetted synthetic rubies with graduated genuine seed pearls; it has a hook for wear on a chain and a c-clasp with a pin slot. It weighs a total of 4.7 grams. Please note that the red colour of the stones appears oddly washed out in our pictures, the synthetic rubies are actually a brilliant true red colour in real life, not pink. Synthetic gems were quite common in this period in lavalieres, as rubies were frequently very difficult to get at the time and were extremely expensive then also, so these stones are original to the piece. This fob has a nice embossed design and a fancy suspension ring; it has a WRA inset initial plaque. It weighs 3 grams.
