A 1950s vintage, high quality Christian Dior necklace and matching earrings signed and dated by Christian Dior 1958 and 1959. This set includes the 14-3/4" triple strand choker necklace and the 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" clip-on rhinestone & crystal matching earrings. Each section of the necklace has graduated round facetted crystal beads in smoky topaz and cinnamon brown, with green, brown, black, white and gold speckled glass beads and taupe marble celluloid beads. The necklace has claw-set cinnamon brown and light topaz rhinestone clusters linking the strands in an openwork effect, and the earrings are the same configuration and colour of rhinestones, and the earrings have five cinnamon crystal hanging drops. The necklace has a spring-ring catch with the 1958 CHRISTIAN DIOR metal tag; the earrings have the CHR DIOR 1959 planchette with GERMANY on the backs and a conjoined HR mark in a circle on the back of the clip, and both the necklace and earrings have silver or white metal mounts. This gorgeous set is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A signed retro design rhinestone floral spray pin with gold plated highlights by Halbe (411-5th Ave. New York c1950-1963, thank you to Illusion Jewels for a great research site). This 2-3/8" x 1-1/8" elegant brooch has baguette and round rhinestones; the pin is rhodium plated on back but the centres of the flowers, stems and bottom of spray are gold plated on the front. It has a safety catch and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. An opulent, top quality huge pin and matching earrings by Francois. Hired by Coro in the 1930s, Francois soon left to form his own firm. This c1950s-60s set consists of the 5" x 7/8" tulip form brooch with safety catch and the matching 1-1/4" x 5/8" clip-on earrings. Each tulip shaped piece is gold plated and each has brilliant white rhinestones as well as golden-amber coloured rhinestones. A nicely finished gold plated signed Boucher rhinestone brooch and similar or matching clip-on earrings set c1960s. The large 3-5/8" x 2-3/4" pin and 1-3/8 x 1-1/8" earrings features textured gold tendril-like leaves with a rhinestone encrusted silver washed stalk and bud; the pin has a safety catch and they all have the copyright-c and BOUCHER mark. The pin has an 8093P pattern number, and the earrings are stamped 7942E. This lovely set is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, or repairs, but there is a tiny patch of wear to the gold plating inside the pin open centre (there is a gap between front and back). One of the small white rhinestones in one earring appears to have been re-glued a while ago, there is a slight darkening around the stone.
