An ornate and attractive Victorian vintage period 10-1/8" silver plated watch chain, complete with t-bar and an 1887 fifty cents silver coin from the British Straits Settlements (now part of Malaysia). The 1-1/4" coin is 80 per cent (or .800 grade) silver, and shows some wear. It is mounted on a 1-7/8" length of chain and is suspended from the t-bar (which is stamped ALBO SILVER NCR CO REG); it also has a swivel at the other end. This item is in excellent original condition with no dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the wear to the coin. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted.
