A vintage ornate sterling late Victorian natural bristle clothes brush c1895. This brush has wonderful high relief repousse floral work in sterling, reminds you a bit of the Kirk Steiff repousse flatware. It is a large clothes brush, measures 7-1/8" x 2" and has the original natural bristles mounted on a wood board inserted into the sterling silver top. This (probably) American piece is marked STERLING only and it is in very good condition, with no bends, corrosion, repairs or damage other than a J.E.G. script monogram and some tiny dents around the edge of the top where it meets the edge of the wood and a shallow surface dent where the monogram is located. Surface shipping starts at $9 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insurance is included. We are happy to combine on shipping to save whenever possible. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $US. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.

A stunning pair of unsigned Bohemian satin glass vases in the early Arts and Crafts style c1900. This wonderful pair stands 9-3/4" tall and they have applied moonstone-like glass jewels along the neck and base. The mounts are gold painted, as is the top edge and the edges of the steppes. The colour is a pale pastel blue/grey with subtle translucence, and this pair is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or damage other than the loss of one moonstone jewel and some minor losses to the gold on the upper edges. Surface shipping starts at $28 to the US, insured is higher. We ship internationally, and all prices are in $US. Please note that we do NOT accept Paypal.

An unusual late Georgian period rolled gold plate mourning frame with a plaited hair insert and daguerrotype of a gentleman. This is a large engine turned oval frame c1820-40, with an oval glass insert section on the back, containing a lock of plaited and waxed hair. The front of the frame contains a large Daguerrotype (negative/positive image on polished silver) of a gentleman that is slightly more recent than the frame, dating to around 1850s-1860, by his style of clothing. The workmanship on this 2-5/8" x 2-1/8" ornate frame (measurement doesn't include hanging loop) is superb, both in execution and in detail. The hair insert is original, with its original glass and bezel and the daguerrotype itself is in good condition with some haloing on the edges and minor spotting on the man's cheek. This attractive frame has ornate deeply carved engraving around the frame edge and around the back hair insert section. It is in very good condition, with no chips, cracks or damage other than a recent repair to the suspension loop which was broken off and reattached, and there is some minor wear on the back of the frame. Tracked insured surface shipping starts at $21 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insurance and tracking included in shipping quotes. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $US. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.

A large and heavy 8-1/2" Georgian Dublin sterling silver dinner fork, hallmarked for 1829. This heavy fork has an attractive double dolphin crest on the back of the handle and has the maker's mark for Matthew West and Peter Moore. Antique Irish silver is far scarcer than English, and this fork is a great find. This item is in excellent condition, with no dents, bends, monograms, wear, scratches, corrosion, repairs or damage other than some very light scoring on the extreme bottom ends of the tines from use. Otherwise this fork is in unusually excellent condition. Please note that our photos are taken before these items are polished to enhance detail; they will appear better than our scans and will be shipped to you cleaned and polished. They are strictly graded and any defects and wear other than the expected signs of gentle use are noted. Surface tracked shipping starts at $20 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insurance/tracking included in shipping quotes. All of our prices are in $US. We do ship internationally. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.
