A vintage 19th century French .950 silver 7" seal or flat top long spoon. This finely crafted sterling silver flatware piece features an unengraved end "seal", an engraved double tapered shaft and a fancy engraved bowl with full engraving on the front and on the heel. It has the maker's mark for H. Lemane and the Minerva head silver mark (in use post 1838). We aren't sure of the use of this attractive item; it weighs 25.9 grams and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. An unusual and ornate Niagara Falls souvenir c1890s. This is a German porcelain handopainted 7-3/4" tall cocoa pot with an applied transfer scene of Niagara Falls. The scene shows the original Maid Of The Mist approaching the dock with the Falls in the background; this pot has ornate modelling on the handle and body with a fancy lid. It is lushly accented in gold and it has the circular red MADE IN GERMANY mark. This decorative souvenir is in excellent original condition with no crazing, losses, damage or repairs other than two tight overglazed hairlines on the interior rim (not showing on the exterior) and two small shallow chips on the bottom rim (not showing when on display). A nicely embossed pair of sterling silver open salt dishes with salt spoons by Gorham. These 2" diameter open salts feature floral embossing and scalloped rims; they are stamped with the lion/anchor/G Gorham mark, STERLING, 2235 (pattern number) with the 1889 year mark. The 2-1/8" matching salt spoons also have the Gorham mark with STERLING. This set of two salts and two spoons weighs 40.4 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. An early Chinese export silver 3" tall pepper or spice shaker c1780s-1820s. This shaker has high relief branches and flowers with branch arms; the work is detailed and finely executed. The threaded top fits snugly, and it is stamped with the maker's mark CS (probably Cum Shing of Canton) struck twice. This item weighs 39.7 grams and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some bending on the foot rim (easily fixed). A beautifully hand painted 19th century English bone china 2-1/2" high cup and matching 5-3/4" saucer in the Imari orange, gold and cobalt palette. Made by Davenport, these cups bear the crowned DAVENPORT LONGPORT STAFFORDSHIRE mark (1870-87) with the 2614 pattern number. A c1900 three piece Chinese wireless cloisonne enamel on brass smoking set consisting of the cigarette box, the matchbox holder and the ashtray. This set has thickly applied enamel depicting birds and trees, and it consists of the 3-3/8" diameter ashtray, the 3-3/4 x 3-1/8" hinge-lidded cigarette box with internal white enamel, and the 2-3/8 x 1-5/8" matchbox holder with vintage matchbox and contents. The box is stamped CHINA, and this set is in very good original condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some corrosion to the ashtray's enamel and minor enamel losses to the enamel showing brass in the box (small interior chip) and on the back of the ashtray (two chipped areas).
