A signed hand painted miniature landscape painting porcelain sterling brooch or pin dated 1917. This well executed 2-1/4 x 1-5/8" brooch features a landscape scene with a central cow, a river with trees and hills; it is mounted in an unmarked but tested sterling silver bezel with a c-clasp. There are two copper retaining tabs holding the porcelain plaque which is signed AV.K. XANIA 1919. in orange paint. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks,crazing, losses, damage or repairs. A Sherman green opalescent blue art glass gp necklace from the 1950s. This unusual gold plated 14-7/8" necklace has a snapover clasp and its thirteen links are 9/16" wide. Each has a fine yellow/green art glass insert with copper and gold metal sparkles and the glass has blue irridescent flash. This beauty is signed SHERMAN and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the loss of some of the gold plating on the underside. A signed Dafri copper ultramodern pin brooch and earrings set from the 1950s. This Toronto Canada company made some great looking items and this is one of them - a very Jetsons kind of anamorphic style. This set includes the 2" across pin with a safety clasp and an applied copper planchet identical to the 1-5/8 x 1" clip-on earrings. Each has some mild black patination and the pin has the DAFRY signature planchet. This set is in very good condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than the somewhat clumsily replacement of one earring's clip-on mechanism. Please note that the copper is a bit less red and muted in real life than in our pictures.
